Week 5 Recap
Good morning everyone,
Weekly Thought:
I honestly don’t have too much for this section today. I’m feeling pretty tired and burnt out this morning. Work, kids, household duties, etc., have taken a toll on me this week.
I guess my one thought this week is to encourage everyone to make sure you’re taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, etc. You’re not even doing this just for yourself but so you can better steward the roles God has you in. You can’t pour out of an empty cup.
Personally, I am going to start spending time in uninterrupted prayer for at least five minutes every morning, getting an extra hour of sleep a night, meeting with a friend at least once a month, and reducing my junk food intake. Feel free to hold me accountable when you see me around lol
Do any changes come to mind that you want to make to better live the life God has called you to?
